Waterproof Test

We conducted a 24-hour underwater test on the electrical box to assess its waterproof performance. While the results showed great waterproofing, we do not recommend using it underwater as improper waterproof connector connection may result in water seepage.

Pressure Test

During the pressure test, we fully pressed the front two wheels on the electrical box, causing the weight of the body to concentrate on the edge, leading to deflection and breakage on the force side. (Product size: 8.7"x6.7"x4.4", Weight of the car: 3100 lb)

Corrosion Resistance Testing

To test corrosion resistance, we poured aqua regia (strongly acidic and highly corrosive liquid) on the surface of the junction box. After an hour, we wiped the liquid off and found no corrosion on the surface of the junction box.

48 Hours Salt Spray Test

The junction box underwent a 48-hour neutral salt spray test in a salt spray machine. At the end of the test, rust spots were observed on the surface of the stainless steel clips. However, these spots can be easily removed.
